We strive for excellence in quality and fit, but we understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations. This comprehensive policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning or exchanging products purchased directly from our website.
Eligibility & Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges for most full-priced items within 30 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition. All original tags must be attached, and the item must be returned in its original packaging or a suitable protective package. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the product does not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Any item marked as “Final Sale,” “Discounted,” or part of a clearance promotion at the time of purchase.
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after receipt.
- Products with removed or detached tags.
- Gift cards.
Initiating a Return or Exchange
All returns and exchanges must be initiated through our online portal. To begin the process, please visit the “Order Status” or “Returns” section of our website. You will need your order number and the email address used for the purchase. Our system will guide you through selecting the items for return or exchange and will generate the necessary authorization and instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may experience significant delays in processing.
Return Shipping & Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit. The original shipping charges paid on your order are non-refundable.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected at our fulfillment center, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original method of payment. Please allow time for the refund to be posted to your account after you receive the confirmation. This processing time can vary depending on your bank or card issuer. Please note that sale items are only eligible for a refund to the original payment method.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for a different size of the same item, subject to availability. To initiate an exchange, please follow the same process as initiating a return through our online portal and select the exchange option. If the requested size is unavailable, we will process a refund to your original payment method. We do not support direct exchanges for a different product; instead, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original.
Defective or Incorrect Items
We take great care in inspecting every order before it leaves our facility. However, if you receive an item that is defective (has a manufacturing flaw) or is not what you ordered, please contact our customer experience team immediately. We will cover all associated shipping costs to resolve the issue promptly, either by sending a correct replacement (if available) or by processing a full refund.
International Returns
Customers returning items from outside our primary shipping country are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes incurred during the return process. We cannot label international returns as “merchandise return” or declare a lower value, as this is illegal. Refunds for international returns will be issued for the merchandise value only; original and return shipping costs, as well as any import fees, are non-refundable.
Store Credit
In some cases, and at our sole discretion, we may offer store credit in the form of a digital gift card as an alternative to a standard refund. This will be communicated during the return authorization process.
